Practices:
Our national teams practice between 2-4 days a week from mid November until Nationals (Late June) Practices are held at either Sports Express in Mason or at Xavier University at at least 1 practice a week (average) Z will be there to run that practice.
Tournaments:

Team Z announces "Team Z Regional" this program will offer regional and local competition opportunities and Team Z instruction. Team Z National participants will continue to experience national competition and exposure opportunities.

What:
Practices will begin in January and end in May
Practices will be 2 times per week (34 Total), either at Xavier University or local High School Gymnasiums
Teams will compete in 6 tournaments
- 4 Local 1 Day
- OVR Regionals
- KIVA Memorial Day
Coaches Training:
Coaches are still being hired- all will be supervised by Team Z Club Director and Trainer Rich Zeciski who will also provide training to this group.
Cost:
$900.00 which includes everything except travel for each family
